The Hikvision DS-2CD2642FWD-IZS 4MP WDR Varifocal Bullet Network Camera, motorised lens that offers a 2.8mm-12mm focal length. This camera comes fitted with infra-red LEDs that are effective up to 30m and IP66 rated weatherproof housing making it a great choice for external applications.
This camera comes with a range of image enhancing features such as wide dynamic range (WDR), 3D digital noise reduction technology (3D DNR), region of interest (ROI) and back light compensation (BLC). There is also an audio I/O for the use of an external microphone/speaker.
To improve security even further the DS-2CD2642FWD-IZS supports motion detection, intrusion detection line crossing detection among many other features.
The on-board micro SD slot can be utilised with ease thanks to H.264 video compression which offers a great saving on storage and bandwidth. The DS-2CD2642FWD-IZS can be powered by either a 12V DC power supply or by a PoE injector and can be accessed remotely through the Hik-Connect app or through a web browser.
