The Lion Alcoblow breathalyzer is is a simple to use, rapid response instrument that is used simply to determine whether or not a person has any alcohol in their breath. It is ideal for the bulk screening environment where a very high number of subjects require screening quickly and accurately eg mining industry, nightclubs, schools etc. It is not designed to be used as an evidential device however. For this purpose, you should look at the Lion 500 or Lion SD400 Breathalyzers (see below).
